Sanctified Affliction Seldom Seems Sanctified

One of the troubling things about sanctified affliction is how unsanctified it can seem while you are going through it, but this should be expected since the Lord is often drawing the dross to the surface in order to remove it.

  1. That was one great video.I enjoyed it so,much.Before I got saved.I saw nothing wrong with what I was doing.Now I am being convicted by the word of God.My pastors say”We are convicted by the word of God,all we have to do is be obedient”.

  2. That’s exactly why it’s affliction. While I’m in it, it feels like hell… it feels like God’s abandoned me. That’s when encouragement counts so much… that certainty that God’s faithfulness will pull me through.
